WASHINGTON, Sept. 6.\u2014At Rock Point, or Lancaster’s Landing, 75 miles below this city, Bryant, alias “Red Hot,” a fisherman, was shot and killed in a\u00a0drunken quarrel with Charles Hugitt, a bartender. The body of the murdered man lies in an out-house on the premises where he met his death and the murderer dispenses liquor as usual, and will probably not be arrested, though rows more or less serious are of frequent occurrence at that place. No legal authority has ever been exercised.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
