SYRACUSE, July 5.\u2014Frederick T. Morgan, age thirteen, had one of his hands blown to pieces at 1 o’clock this morning while firing a small cannon in celebration of the Fourth. The hand was amputated by Dr. Loomis.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
