A NIGHT WATCHMAN MURDERED. SAVANNAH, Ga., Jan. 31.—M. E. Lowe, watchman at the Commercial Guano Company’s factory, was murdered late last night by unknown parties. He was riddled with buckshot. Four negroes have been arrested on suspicion. |
