Jersey City Man Kills His Wife and Wounds His Sister-in-Law.

JERSEY CITY, N. J., Jan. 28.—Arthur Stocker, of 90 Saliniski street, shot his wife Kate in the head to-day while walking on the street. She was taken home, where she died five minutes later. Stocker also shot his sister-in-law, Mary Tierney, seriously wounding her. The murderer was caught.
